I placed an order on April 17, 2026, and no one is answering my emails, WhatsApp messages, or in-app messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Hice un pedido en abril 17 2026 y nadie contesta mis emails, WhatsApp o mensajes internos en la app. NO COMPREN CON ELLOS

I placed an order and never received my product. I have called multiple times over several days and sent emails, but have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the store for days, and no one pick up the phone
