Gordy Tire did an excellent job repairing a broken part in my heating and air conditioner on 5/5/26. They also chevked the air in my tires and reset the clock in my car. In addition? They changed the oil in my car. Thankful for their kindness in helping me with transportation back and forth to Gordy Tire Company. ShirleyLWells

Total responses , honest every time, , agreeable to listen, call as many times as you need with a joyful attitude. It was my first claim I was surprised that they would not pay for OEM parts and I had to pay for the difference between the OEM and the Chinese counter part.in my case it was $64.00 dirrerence.for the one part that replaced.And the service records maintenance that they wanted.That Suprised me!

My experience with this company this was my first claim I took my vehicle to the shop explain to them what was going on they call put my claim in there were some questions ask them my claim was approved only thing I didn’t know I had to cover the labor portion but beside that there were no problem
