most of my issues were because of the extensive time the automotive company took to diagnose my car. They had my car for 10 days and only 5 hours of laor were involved, so my car rental coverage did not apply. nce it was diagnosed, I then had to provide additional information of my maintenance, which tok a couple of days. I just think it could and should have been completed in a more timely, efficient manner

I love that they cover my car. But there are some loopholes that they don’t tell you about. I have a 2018 Audi. Sooo you know it’s really expensive. They definitely help out. I needed two bearings and some type of other work. Only a part of my bearings were covered, nothing else . I looked in my booklet. I sure it was supposed to be fully be covered. But at least it wasn’t the entire price. I guess. I’ll contact them later.

Thank you Merit I am greatful for the coverage of the abs brake module.. programming was not included I did I have to pay for that.. my mechanic John is pretty awesome and worked with me and got my car up and running..been going to them for years ..Need great mechanics check out Advance Auto in Pinellas park Florida John is the owner and Chris is one of awesome mechanics..had to give them a shout out.. I was kinda of anxious when the claim first got submitted because it took a while to get approved and it had to go to the higher ups.. I am blessed I had all my records with the same mechanics to show I do keep up my maintenance on my car but again thank you Merit for the blessing of covering my abs brake module I am truly blessed to still be driving my car.. Timely responses by representatives by Customer service as well as the appraiser!

The company is strict you must follow the policy as far as vehicle maintenance but if you do that they will approve your repair. The transmission went out on my 2016 Chevy Suburban recently. I called let them know they had the truck towed to the Chevy service center. It took 2 weeks for the approval then about 2 weeks for the repair to be done. The repair was almost 7000. I couldn’t have got my truck fixed without there help. Just follow the policy concerning maintenance and you won’t have headaches or hassles. Thanks guys!
