The whole process of getting my car fixed was pretty smooth, but the approval could have been quicker. I think that if we weren’t on vacation it would have taken longer.

The company covers several of the things I needed replaced, but it takes up to 24 hours to get a reply as to if the items will be covered. I am without a vehicle until my vehicle is repaired.

I was hoping for more as far as approval amount and faster time it took to get approved, but also very grateful I did get approved for mechanic work and amount I had gotten approved for, so cannot complain at all thanks Merit Administration for reaching out to the shop as fast as you could.
