Extremely disappointing return support I ordered three shirts from Merino Tech that did not fit. While handling returns to two different merino companies, I accidentally switched the labels and sent three Unbound Merino shirts to Merino Tech. I fully acknowledged my mistake and promptly contacted both companies. Unbound Merino located Merino Tech’s shirts, photographed them, and offered to help return them. Merino Tech responded that there was “no way” to locate my package because its warehouse receives hundreds of packages every day. The package has a USPS tracking number, Merino Tech order number, return label, and identifiable contents. I offered to provide and pay for a prepaid label if my property could be located. Instead of documenting a warehouse search, Merino Tech told me to ask USPS to return the package—even though USPS cannot retrieve a package after delivery. I accept responsibility for switching the labels. What disappoints me is Merino Tech’s lack of meaningful assistance after being notified. Mistakes happen; customer service is revealed by how a company responds to them. I will update this review if Merino Tech conducts a reasonable search and resolves the matter. Hi Tonya, We checked the USPS tracking information for the return package, and the tracking shows that it was never shipped/dropped off, so our warehouse could not have received it. Also, it would be impossible for our warehouse to have received an Unbound Merino return by mistake, because the package would have had the other company's return address and label rather than our warehouse address. We completely understand that the labels were accidentally switched, and we appreciate you being transparent about the mistake. However, based on the tracking information available to us, there is currently no evidence that the package was delivered to our warehouse. If you have any updated tracking information showing that the package was actually shipped and delivered to our facility, please send it to us and we'll be happy to review it further.

I’ve been very happy with my shirts from merino.tech. They fit great and aren’t itchy

The website generally provided good data on the shirts and the material density (gsm value). I ordered 2 short-sleeve t-shirts, and I am very pleased with the fit and feel. The price was reasonable. I definitely will look to Merino.Tech for my next purchase.

Love all my Merino Tech tops and socks. Recently spent a week in Iceland and literally lived in these clothes. And the shirts really can be worn for a few days between washings! The socks are so comfortable and warm too!

I’ve made afew purchases from this company due to the quality of what they make. From button-ups to undershirts, they arrived on time and undamaged, the material is comfortable, light, doesn’t hold odor and can be air dried and worn again before washing. It’s not as streamlined as plastic clothes in terms of washing and care, but that’s because good things take thought to take care of them.

The shipping was fast but I have to admit its kind of annoying they split your order into multiple packages. Would prefer everything come in one box. However, the socks are fantastic. I used to wear smartwool until I realized smartwool was the cheaper brand. The socks re extremely comfortable especially when wearing boots. The baige socks stain easy unfortunately but that doesnt take away from anything. I own about 6 pairs of socks so far. Have only had them through the summer. Looking forward to seeing the comfort in winter as im outside a lot.
