I wish the opening around my neck was a little bit bigger on the shirts. Also, the shirts at size XL are skin tight. I ordered XL thinking it would be a nice comfortable fit. I typically where an XL from smart wool and it fits perfectly with room to breathe. I should’ve ordered XXXL. I appreciate that they are making a product that is affordable, but I really don’t like my clothes constricting my skin. If I ordered again, which I probably won’t, I would size up a couple of times. The tightness around my neck was just too much.

I received my order within a reasonable timeframe, but the quality was not as expected. The fabric of the two long sleeved tops was very thin and fit smaller than a typical medium does. The main issue I have is that they have an archaic return practice. You chat with an AI bot to request a 'ticket' to generate a return request from a customer service rep. I haven't heard back after many hours, hoping I get a response soon. Update: I did get a response and a refund in a reasonable amount of time. But do not recommend the quality of the products.

As other reviews have revealed, the material is quite thin and frail as well as sizing running excessively small. Not as durable as many other wool t-shirts we have purchased. Customer service is a hit or miss depending on their mood.

These socks are not moisture wicking and cannot be washed and dried normally.

Ordered 3 pairs wish I had not!!! The fit is horrible when you bend over the back comes down!!!! 🤬 can’t return them.. so I’m stuck with them … should have bought Fruit of the Loom.., much better much cheaper and returnable!!! And can’t wash these in hot water… ?!!!! 70 dollars wasted I don’t recommend these at all!!!!
