At this point I have bought some long and short sleeve t-shirts and socks. The reason is when traveling I want to travel light and using merino tech gives me that option, especially in the fall and winter. Also, at home I can keep the thermostat lower if I have on a layer of wool. Saves a few pennies in the long run. What I like is the choice of different weights so I can pick a piece according to the conditions I will be in, so I have some lighter and heavier weight articles. I am happy with this product. Another nice thing is when ordered it comes quickly with no problems.

I wear my Merino Tech clothing all through winter. It keeps me warm in my cold house and walk on my way to work. The different weights I have let me choose how warm I need to be in what I'm doing. The ones I got a few years ago look like new. I absolutely love my Merino Tech clothing!

Buying from merino tech was a good experience, they had very prompt and helpful customer service. The underwear I bought was fast drying and actually dried out in a damp backcountry environment.

the shirts I bought a few weeks ago, and the lightweight ones I bought last year feel like very high quality, but other companies I've found also seem high quality and seem comparable. But the thing that keeps me coming back is the much lower price of merino.tech compared to other companies... The quality is comparable to several shirts I own that were about double the price of the merino tech I recently bought. I have bought both the lightweight and the medium weight (250). Both are so lovely and so soft... I don't know if the customer service is paying attention, though. The last order I placed I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and I emailed support within 5 minutes asking them to either remove the item or cancel the order if it was too late to do that. No answer... so, I had no choice but to refuse the pkgs when they arrived at the post office. I sent an email informing them of this, but so far, no response... (crickets)... so maybe there is no customer service? Not sure what to make of it, email is the only way to get in touch with them. So, my bank may have to help me get the refund. But once I get the refund, I will order more... My son also loves this merino and he says its the only merino shirt he's worn that wasn't scratchy...

I’ve ordered my first youth large shirt for my son when it arrived it was an extra large. I emailed them to let them know and there was no response after 4 days. I ordered another one youth large the same thing happened again and they still haven’t responded to either email. I’ve sent multiple. I do not recommend unless you don’t want what you paid for.

I recently finished a tour of England and Scotland and let me just say that my merino tech long sleeve shirts performed beautifully. They were so versatile but more importantly they kept me warm even when the weather was windy, rainy and downright miserable. And the socks! They were the one item I didn’t know I needed. I will be ordering from them again.
