Great product and great customer service, always there with quick responses when I need a question answered. I wish they would make the socks with more wool and less synthetics or make the inside of the sock 100% wool and wrap it with the synthetic on the outside so only the wool touches skin but is protected. That's just a personal preference though, the socks are amazing and work well, I just prefer more natural clothing and less synthetics but sometimes they are needed to make the product last. Against though the product is amazing I have way more merino.tech gear than I need, I have a set just for working, a set just for hunting and a set for everyday use when I'm off and a set with hoodie, short sleeve and long sleeve that I use for working out, I know I could intertwine one set or 2 between all three activities but I like options. I haven't tried the 320s yet but I have plenty of 165 through 250 products I wear them year round.

Rating: 4/5 or 5/5 A significant upgrade over cotton. They are lightweight, regulate temperature effectively without causing overheating, and maintain complete odor resistance. I noticed a few small pinholes developing on T-shirts I bought about two years ago. However, I think this is standard wear for fine merino wool rather than a defect unique to Merino.Tech. Overall, highly recommended for travel and daily wear.

The wool tanks and cut offs are great. The fit is tight on the tanks so size up but the wool cut off shirts are great, the only issue is the sizing does go up but feel the xl is a bit short but it works great and I’m obsessed

the shirts I bought a few weeks ago, and the lightweight ones I bought last year feel like very high quality, but other companies I've found also seem high quality and seem comparable. But the thing that keeps me coming back is the much lower price of merino.tech compared to other companies... The quality is comparable to several shirts I own that were about double the price of the merino tech I recently bought. I have bought both the lightweight and the medium weight (250). Both are so lovely and so soft... I don't know if the customer service is paying attention, though. The last order I placed I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and I emailed support within 5 minutes asking them to either remove the item or cancel the order if it was too late to do that. No answer... so, I had no choice but to refuse the pkgs when they arrived at the post office. I sent an email informing them of this, but so far, no response... (crickets)... so maybe there is no customer service? Not sure what to make of it, email is the only way to get in touch with them. So, my bank may have to help me get the refund. But once I get the refund, I will order more... My son also loves this merino and he says its the only merino shirt he's worn that wasn't scratchy...

I ordered 4 tee shirts a few weeks ago and received only 3, as (2) separate deliveries. The items that I received were very nice but after a few emails back and forth with Trustpilot and finally Merino.tech, I received a confirmation that the tee was out of stock and that I would receive a refund. I was never notified that the missing tee was out of stock until I pressed the company since the tracking app was Shopify and didn't provide any order or shipping details. PRODUCT QUALITY IS VERY GOOD, ORDER TRACKING SHIPPING NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. Please use another tracking app like the Amazon app which worked for my second order.

The short sleeve T-Shirts i orderdare awesome! Love the softness and colors. I gave four stars because my ordered included two t-shirts for my husband. Only one shirt arrived. I have been in contact with MerinoTech, and sent the photos requested. I do need to tlreturn the one shirt and get a refund for for the one that didn't arrive. Waiting to hear back about the return and the refund.

Got two pack of boxers. They are not boxers. They are boxer briefs. The material is alright but the fit does not work for me. Thankfully they refunded it after I left a review so I have updated it to be more positive.

Long time customer. Excellent product. I have 6 or 7 of your shirts and wear them often . They hold up very well.
