I'm getting more clients than with other services and their vetting process, bonding and insurance make the clients feel secure while that and the knowledge that I have support beyond my own resources in case of an emergency, or just advice, frees me to concentrate on caring for my clients' cats.

I had such a great experience with Meowtel. Karen, our sitter, was AMAZING! I felt at ease when I first met her as we chatted about my fur babies and what she was to do each day. I observed her interacting with them and that's when I knew that Karen was the one. She sent daily pics and videos, and sent texts. She really gave them a lot of attention and care! If ever I'm out of town again, Karen will be the one I will choose.

Overall decent website. Not as polished as, say Rover.com, but has the exact service I need. The website itself has some bugs and odd quirks. For example, all of my photos uploaded with random rotations. There's also some basic information missing from the FAQ guide, like tipping suggestions for sitters. Will definitely be using again.

We had a great experience with Meowtel while our family was traveling. Our sitter, Hayley, took excellent care of our two fussy felines. She kept in close contact with us each day through text messages and sent us the cutest photos! Meowtel really gave us peace of mind while we were away!
