Not the best, not the worst
I am relieved this service is available. Although my experience was mediocre at best. I was anticipating more photos of my cat, and only got a couple over a weeks time. Also I had to reach to to ensure a visit was done, and if it were me I’d notify the cat parents when I was there and what I did daily. Anyways I’m glad my cat was cared for, that is what is most important and I may consider using this service again, but if I found something else or had a friend who could do it, I wouldn’t.

Leeanna, thank you, this is wonderful feedback! During our on-boarding process, we coach sitters on the importance of proactively sending daily updates which include photos and text messages. We sincerely apologize that your sitter fell short of your expectations. Just like you, so many cat parents are relieved that this service is available.
