JA
Easy to use though the texting function is not fully integrated, allowing only for incoming messages but not replies.

Thanks for the feedback, JA! Your pain points help us understand how to prioritize new features and the SMS/text functionality is at the top of the list. We look forward to improving your experience with us soon.
Mary
My first experience using Meowtel was a very positive one. Meowtel helped me find a cat sitter in short notice and my cat sitter Dominic was professional and great. Will be using them again and regularly.

Allison
Easy to use, easy to find a sitter, and the sitter did a great job. I will use this service again and would recommend it to others looking for pet sitters.

Allison, thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback, always appreciated!
Jane
My old cat Grace is pretty much her “own cat” but she and Alexis got along fine! Even ate more than I thought she would while “mama” was away. Felt at ease knowing Alexis would visit each day.

Awesome Jane! Thanks for sharing. Kudos to Alexis!
Irene
Great site to find a cat sitter but watch out for scheduling a trip in advance — their platform automatically charges your credit card when the sitter accepts your calendar request. I had my trip’s total charge on my credit card account two months prior to the actual trip!

Thank you for the feedback, Irene! Time is our most valuable resource and our sitters want to know that the customer's intent is serious before adjusting their schedules to accommodate for kitty clients. Our process is similar to booking a flight, where you are charged at the time of making your travel arrangements. If advance payment is an issue, you have two options :1) Put in your request closer to the start date of the reservation; or 2) Call 1-844-MEOWTEL for assistance with payment options. We look forward to seeing you again on Meowtel soon!

Sarah is reliable, communicative, and obviously is loved by my Rio. She sends daily photo updates and I am able to be away without worrying. Priceless!
