Meowtel lined us up with our cat sitter, Julaine, who was terrific. She deserves 5 stars in our opinion. And we don't want to annoy Meowtel too much 'cuz someday I'm sure Julaine will go on to something different than catsitting and then we'll want to come back here to find another catsitter. But.... Meowtel's online experience still leaves a lot to be desired. Like the invitation to write a review. It provided a link, but it just went to the login page which by default asks you if you want to book another sitter. You have to search for the place at the bottom where you can go to Trustpilot and post your review. And the actual experience of booking a sitter on the website? Don't get me started. Suffice it to say that if Meowtel is going to remain viable, and I hope they do, they need to put in a lot more work on making the online experience more intuitive and user-friendly. My advice? Spend a bit less on marketing, and a bunch more on website development.

Meowtel is straightforward to use with caregivers who love cats. After using nonspecific caregiving sites and having mixed experiences, I'm thankful to have Meowtel.

Working with Meowtel was easy. I trusted my sitter and was confident if something happened Meowtel would take care of it. The price was right. I loved the pictures.
