Hi Karen, We understand how upsetting this experience must have been, especially while you were abroad. While the sitter’s accident was an unexpected emergency, our team reached out right away to offer support with rebooking and to help navigate the situation. That said, this isn’t the kind of experience we want for any cat parent, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as it helps us ensure we provide the best service possible to everyone in the Meowtel community. If we may be of assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team directly. We're always happy to help.

Mewo there Jennifer! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're so happy to hear your sitter connected with your shy guy—that’s always a big win in our book! We understand how important communication and trust are, especially when past experiences haven’t always been ideal. We're honored to be your go-to and really appreciate you giving us (and your sitter!) a chance.
