Ordering process simple, didn't over-recommend additional items, very timely shipping.

Happy with this purchase.

Fast delivery and easy to setup. Purchased the first for us then one for our mother! One sister also bought one and our other sister considering buying one! Game changer owning cats!!

Fast delivery, easy to assemble, so far working well, quiet.

Easy setup...very quiet. My cats haven't used it yet...very curious so hopefully soon.

The litter box is more than I expected. My cats had no trouble transitioning from their old box to the new box. It's so quiet.I do not hear it when it is cleaning itself. It has saved me many hours of cleaning and anything that makes my life easier is great.

This is the third litter box I've bought..... I've been very happy with them...... clean up is easy......the litter is pretty clean ( may miss an occasional thing, but rarely).....no problem recommending them.

Great price, shipped quickly. The only negative was software setup was plaged with verification codes, many emails, and server errors.
