Messy cleanup and Refund after use improbable
Worked well for the most part but one of my cats absolutely refunded to use it. Also as you’ve probably seen on other reviews, if stools are loose, there can be a LOT of extra cleanup if you don’t want smells. Because of my second cat refusing to use (she preferred my presage crystal rake system) I tried to return. Two weeks of requesting process on how to return, replies with try this, replied, I need to return, they replwid with dis you try this, finally 2 days before the 30 day mark, I got firm and told them it was not going to work and I needed to return. Their reply was that it needed to be repackaged in the original packaging “exactly” how it was received and could not show a single sign of use. Unfortunately for me, I had thrown away some of the innards of the gigantic box it came in, I pushed back and they said there were no exceptions. It is sitting in a corner for the past two months unused and I’m out 300 bucks. So buyer be ware.. be sure your cat is not finicky about their litter boxes and be prepared to clean up messes if there is anything other than solid waste.
