Customer support takes their sweet ass time to reply to you. Contacting thru their webpage will get you nowhere. Tried emailing them and they didn't get back to me until I sent another email at the end of June. Litter box was malfunctioning and stopped midway thru rotation. Did everything I could to solve it on my own but in the end the product is low quality. Trash chute was not full so that was ruled out. In the end app stopped working and the litter box died. No power or anything. I'm cleaning it manually until they refund me for their defective product. Even when responding they clearly don't read because they asked '..Cannot the litter box be turn on now?' When I clearly stated in the email that it no longer worked and hasn't for months when trying to contact them before it completely died

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Hundreds of dollars on a litter box that I can’t use because it was delivered without the adapter and Meowant will not send me one. Trying to communicate with this company is a joke. I have made sure to stay polite & respectful to customer service and this is the runaround I’ve gotten: I have asked for the adapter 8 times. I have been told that it’s located in the waste bin inside the drum 3 times. (It’s not) I was told they were sending it 5 times (they weren’t) Once they actually did send me a package but it just contained more of the deodorizer I already have. I emailed to say they sent me the wrong product and they ghosted me for 8 days until I asked for a refund; then they once again told me to look in the waste bin. Yesterday they told me I already have it. If I want “another” one I need to take a picture of the extra deodorizer they sent to prove the adapter was not in that package. This is stupid. The cords are $10.00 on Amazon & Meowant thinks I’m running some black market power cord scam on them! At this point I don’t want their litter box. I don’t want anything from them. I would rather throw it away & spend the money to buy a Litter Robot just so I don’t have anything from this company in my home.

Low-quality product. The plastic began flaking off only a month after I started using it. It's a shame because I enjoyed the convenience of using it and my cats didn't mind it. Not worth buying

Company extorts people, don't buy.

Fantastic company, if you love getting extorted! Won't honor their own warranty unless you give them a 5-star review. Definitely NOT shopping with them!

I’m just here to pile on with the others against this anti consumer nonsense of requiring a five star review to honor a warranty.

Company is extorting people for positive reviews in order for them to honor their warranty. Stay away from these guys. Their products aren't built to last and they know it, so they are trying to artificially boost their reviews before a paying customer can get their broken product fixed as required by law.
