Great product at a great price

Fast arrival, easy set up, but now is the test, to see if it actually works. I have had 2 litter robots with terrible customer service and endless problems with high cost. Hoping for something that actually works.

Easy ordering and fast delivery ( FedEx left at someone else’s House. You may want to find a different shipping company) After I found my items. Setup was easy and simple. Both are now near both of the meowant litter robots that I and my cats just love!!!

I have used several automatic litterboxes, an have looked hard trying to find something that actually worked, didn't get stuck and could handle two cats. The Meowant SC02 fit that bill. It worked great for a year, then we started noticing that litter was leaking. The liner on the bottom had torn. I tried a couple half-assed attempts to fix with tape and superglue, but finally started to look online for a replacement part. It was then I realized that they had a 2 year warranty. I submitted a claim and was denied. It appears when I ordered mine (1 year and 12 days before the claim), the warranty was only 1 year, and it had recently been upgraded to two years. I contacted service and explained the situation. They explained that they had only recently changed the warranty, and because I was so close to the original -- they would honor the warranty and send me the part. Yea! Great service, going the extra mile.

Just got our second one to replace the other litter robot. Easy set up very big

I've been a loyal customer for over a year now. Was my best purchase ever. I absolutely love these automatic litter boxes. I will never go back to a normal box. I've never had any issues with my Meowant products.

Just got everything hooked up! It appears all is good!!

Fast shipping! Cats took to the box with a quickness. Had one picky cat that wouldn’t use the box if it was anything other than perfect, this box does the trick! After each cat uses, cleaning cycle runs and fresh bed of litter. Works great! May be buying another!
