I would give zero at this point. I was so excited to upgrade to the LR01 box, it sounded so promising. I received it quickly so that was great but that's were all good things end. First the top of the box is slightly warped or something and was hard to get on with it lined up. Then when rotating there are issues with the barrel rotating, it seems at times the gear teeth don't catch so it repeated slips and can't turn which is also super noisy. First I reached out to customer service through email to include a video of the issue, no response. After a few days I messaged them on IG and someone responded asking for my order number but was never heard from again. Then I used the contact form on the website. Then I used the website chat. 10 days after initial contact I have never been contacted or helped and I have a litter box I can't leave turned on. For customer service and the fact it's broken I could not recommend the product.

Very poor quality, the revolving cog has broken and keeps jamming. I have to manually intervene every time. This warrants an automatic replacement of the product. We've been using this for 5 days now.

Didn't send the right order, cats won't use it

Customer service is AWFUL!! No responses. Now I’m having trouble getting the top of the litter box over the litter bin to latch!! The push button releases it so I can get to the bin, but it will not latch back without physical manipulation. My bin cover broke with a regular cleaning! I’m trying to find and get the bin cover replacement. They should send me one since I have a warranty, but they can’t find my order number. I can’t find it either. Got it on a TikTok shop, but cannot remember which one. But they took my money!! That’s for sure! Having trouble with litter sticking to everything as well. Now switched to Slide litter, hoping that will help.

The unit came in broke. The box looked like it had been thrown to land on my porch. When opened the back of the unit peg piece to hold the back on had to be super glued back on so the unit would work.

I have recieved notice that my order was delivered & signed for but I have not signed for nor recieved my order.

Bought on their website. Went to return, filled out the form and no response. My return window closed. Ok, annoying. Sent emails to both of the emails provided on their website, no answers. Filled out the warranty form, no answer. Like why even have these warranty or return policies if you're just going to ignore customers? If the litter box *actually* worked, then maybe I could recommend it. But, with customer service this bad I can't even say anything nice about the product! Unfortunately now I'm just waiting for someone to response to this bad review so I can actually get an answer. Let's see if this method works!!!
