Second time to order. Both were fast shipments. Needed a bigger size due to my large cat. The cover was slightly damaged in shipping but doesn’t effect the product

They have been great except the fact that pee and poop doesn't always go in the bin and sticks to the side.

I would like to amend my review. I was supplied the small screen separator and my units are working perfectly now. I would say this should be the norm. If you need the bigger hold screen then order that one. I have many cats(18). Some are kittens and some are adults. I pray that all will be well. The last few weeks have been great. I appreciate the staffs prompt solution to my issues

This is my first automatic litter box. Pros-wide entrance and larger are inside -Very quiet, but my cats were still fearful of the movement. This will take time. - Feels like it’s made of good quality material. -One cat used it right away. I’m still making adjustments to the cleaning time after they exit. My cats go potty one after the other when they finish eating, so it’s important to allow enough time after they leave before cleaning so they can cover their waste. Urine will stick to the top and bottom if the waste doesn’t get covered by litter. Price was a factor in my purchase. I don’t have any Cons regarding this litter box with the exception of the box being damaged during delivery. Hoping the litter box itself was not damaged. Looks ok after opening the box. Keep in mind that I have only had the box for 2 days.

Let me start off by saying the experience wasn't great. It was OK. First, I couldn't pay with shop and get installments. If I wanted the box, I had to pay the entire amount at purchase time. Even that was difficult and unnecessarily complicated. Delivery was promised in 3 days which seemed really quick. Not to worry, it wasn't delivered in 3 days, it was delivered in 4. So, it came today and Fedex didn't disappoint, the outer box was damaged BUT the litter box , itself, was fine. All the directions for setting it up and getting it ready were clear and concise. Couldn't have been easier. I plugged it in, leaving the old box next to it for a moment. Came back and the cat had come in, seen two boxes and (here's the BEST part) had chosen the new box with no getting used to it needed. Guess I made a good purchase after all.

It was a bit difficult to get together. Directions were not very helpful. But it works great and the cats love it.
