Part of my order is missing. I ordered three extra boxes of litter liners and did not receive them. So now I have to wait to hear from customer service. Other than that I really do like the litter box although my cats aren't too sure what to do with it right now and keep using their old one.

I did not get my gel pods that I ordered, I ordered the meowant Sc02 and got the draw string bags and the deodorizers but I only got the litter box and the draw string bags but no deodorizers and it’s disappointing since I spent $24 on it and haven’t received it.

The holes are large and small feces does not end up in the trash container. They stay in the clean litter. This is a relatively expensive product and it’s not accomplishing the goal. My cat is 12.3 lbs which is not a small cat.

Update. 6-20-26 Did finally receive. Assembled works well. Followed instructions on introducing 2 cats to new litter box, they are slow to adjust. Have not received! Saying it's shipped, Have only received the bags for it.

As noted in the order confirmation email, if multiple items are purchased, some accessories may be shipped separately from the main product to ensure safe and timely delivery. The litter box was shipped separately. We have already sent you the tracking number for your litter box via email, and the tracking shows that it has been delivered. I didn’t get the 3 pack of gel scents that I paid for.

This is our second litter box we have purchased. The units work great. Over time, our cats scratch the bottom surface which eventually creates a hole in the bottom surface. This allows litter to fall through the bottom. It would be great if we could purchase a replacement mat.

Extremely difficult to get a hold of somebody to set this up not sure it’s working correctly now hopefully someone will help me. I am a senior.
