I have now received the SC09, I must say it was worth the wait. A lot bigger for my cats and easier to clean.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. The litter box in your order is a pre-order item, which was indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order items are expected to ship within 1–2 months. We appreciate your patience, and please feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions about your order.

I have given it almost a month, but this is actually more labor intensive to keep it clean than my other auto litter box that was a quarter of the price. The manual button does NOT work, and I have to unplug it and then plug it back in if I need to manually run it. Do NOT recommend.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced. To ensure the litter box functions properly, please make sure it is placed on a hard, flat surface. Placing the unit on carpet or soft mats may affect the sensors and cause operational issues. We also recommend checking whether the child lock feature is enabled, as this can prevent the manual button from working. Our support team would be happy to help troubleshoot this with you and make sure the unit is working correctly. Please feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I received the litter box but not the extra deodorizer and bags that I paid for when ordering
Response from MeowantFeb 28, 2026
Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the confusion. To avoid overweight or oversized shipping issues, your order was split into two separate shipments. The litter box and the accessories (deodorizer and bags) were sent separately. We have already emailed you the second tracking number, and the remaining package is currently in transit. Please kindly check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

I purchased the litter box and it took over a week to process and even create a label for shipping. Now I have that additional "3-5 day shipping" to wait which of course since this is coming from the west coast it is going to be the full 5 business days. So far, not impressed with customer service. Now the product has to shine for itself.

Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the delay you experienced. The product was temporarily out of stock, which caused the longer processing time. As soon as new inventory arrived, we arranged shipment immediately. We completely understand how this affected your first impression, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We truly hope the product meets your expectations once you begin using it. If there is anything we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help.

We ordered 2 boxes of 60 litter bags and a 1 box of 6 deodorizer refills. When the order was delivered today it was in a very flimsy plastic bag that had several tears and holes in it. Inside the 2 boxes of bags were opened so there were refill bags all over the place and the boxes cannot be salvaged to use as bag dispensers. The box with the deodorizer refills was also broken open but at least those refills were in there sealed foil packages. For what we paid I would have expected the items to have been in a cardboard box or least better secured in a padded envelope. It was a mess and now i have to come up with a way to easily store and access 120 plastic bags. We love the litter box and would give that product 5 stars.

Not sure if this site is legit. I ordered on February 5th and my item still hasn’t been shipped. I contacted customer service and did not get a response.

I need to return my machine since my cat suddenly decided not to pee inside the box (she will only pee in front of the box on the floor) and because I threw away all of the packaging because she was using it fine for a week, I’m stuck with this useless, expensive litter box sitting in the garage with liners and deodorant. Don’t do this if you have an older cat who is doing fine with her old school box. Now I have a training nightmare on my hands. I wish I had never tried it. Waste of money.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how stressful it can be when a cat suddenly changes their bathroom habits — especially with an older cat. We’ve reached out to you via email with step-by-step guidance on how to help your cat transition and get comfortable using the litter box. Cats can be very sensitive to changes, and sometimes a gradual adjustment process is needed. Please don’t hesitate to reply to our email if you’d like any additional support — we’re here to help.
