If you are wanting to try a Meowant litter box with the safety of knowing you can return it if it doesn't work for your cat, DON'T! Their "free" 30 day trail is deceptive and unfair! I bought it for my cat to see if it would help him since it's a lower opening, but it didn't. He still went outside the litter box. I went to return it, since I was still within my 30 day "free" return window, and they said I had to pay to ship it back. It was going to cost me the same as I paid for the machine! This is a deceptive act and I will be reporting the UDAP violation and for false advertising.

Selling defective products right out of the box. I’ve emailed 10xs asking to return this piece of garbage and they still haven’t provided me with a means to do so. Takes days just to get a response email. Go elsewhere like litter robot who has great customer service bc this company sure don’t

Worked great for about a week. Then I came home from work to find that the door was open about an inch and there was litter all over behind it. I took the whole thing apart, cleaned it really good and put it back together. That did not help. Then I came home and it was completely open. So every time it flips upside down to cycle, the door pops open and crap falls out. From the start- It does not sift the litter like it should there’s tons of clumps left all over so I have to go behind it with a scooper to get all the pieces yes even with a 15 minute cycle time. I eventually bought an extra piece from Etsy that somebody had 3-D printed and that does help But there was an extra $30. I contacted the company at 3-4 weeks and all they do is send me videos on how to fix. Telling me that urine and feces must be in the door. The first time I completely pulled this apart and vacuumed and wiped it out was when it was a week old. I should not have to completely overhaul it this often. That defeats the purpose. I have used a vacuum in the lock to no avail, we cannot hear anything in it. We’ve emptied it, shaking it out…Well, it was only three weeks old when it was completely stuck, now I’m at six weeks and it’s useless unless I want to use duct tape…. I have two other automatic litter boxes that I’ve had for two years. I wanted a third but this sure isn’t it

This cat box is a waste of money! They offer a money back guarantee but they don’t honor it. Customer service was HORRIBLE and I actually threw the cat box in the trash. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!

Had the self clean litter box for about 1 week when it just stopped working. weve contacted company to get help, and nothing. I had my machanical neighbor look at it and he can't get it to work again either. For the money we pay for this box .... quality should be better than this. I'll not at all happy with their service.

My Meowant unit first would not stay closed and now it will not open so I can empty it out. I was cleaning it out regularly. The unit has been completely unusable for quite a long time. Have had to return to a regular kitty litter box. I need a replacement unit. This is unacceptable with the cost of these units.

This product was a fail. The litter was never fully cleaned, and as a result the entire room and surrounding areas stunk. So we had to manually clean the litter “box”. And since manually removing any litter defeats the purpose of this Incredibly expensive machine, it was an enormous mistake and waste of money.

It was plastic and the waste bin door broke completely off before 6 mo. I threw it away and bought another Litter Robot. Which I knew would be reliable.
