I m trying to contact someone from this company, but is imposible to talk to anyone, email back and forth takes time and I need to return the box, it didn’t work for me

Meowant shipping is the worst
Meowant shipping is the worst! We ordered litter liners weeks ago with guaranteed 3 to 5 day shipping and we didn't hear back from them about these at all. Finally it got so bad that we had to order other little liners (pro-tip they're ripping you off on price and quantity and other options exist on Amazon). And when I went to email customer service to figure out what was going on I was told they were on a "company retreat" and couldn't get back to me until later. Do NOT order litter liners from here, worst experience I've had with a delivery.

My cat is too big for the box but yet…
My cat is too big for the box but yet he’s in the weight limit that they said would work. Emailed them several times to return it never responded back called them and left messages. Never responded back as well. Their customer service is horrible.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, I even told them I will pay the shipping charges to send it back, it's not even out of the box. I wanted SC02 not SC01 which is what I thought I ordered because that the one they were advertising. Then they said they would give me a code to take a few dollars off a new one but the code never worked either. I've cancelled my AFFIRM payment due to their incompetency.

This thing doesn’t work
This thing doesn’t work. Every time it goes into clean mode, it gets stuck. I would like a new one or to return this one.

It doesnt work
It doesnt work. Won't complete the set up cycle. The gear keeps getting stuck. Want my money back.

Dear customer, we are so sorry to hear about the issue you've faced with our product. If the gears keep getting stuck, it may be that the drum is not installed properly. Please pick up the drum and side cover and reinstall them. The amount of cat litter added needs to be lower than the max line. Change the trash bag if there are too many clumps. Sometimes it may be too heavy to rotate.

Product arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged, emailed customer service several times with no response back :(. Tried setting it up anyway, skips gears bad, probably due to being damaged maybe.... unhappy with lack of customer service.
