I’ve cleaned this machine more than I cleaned my regular litter box. The waist doesn’t have time to dry in the clumping litter before being smashed into the great or up the wall of the machine despite multiple attempts, it won’t connect to the app or the WiFi even though I have the correct Internet speed. I have emailed to request return and refund, but have not received any response.

Hi, we are so sorry to hear about the issue you've faced with our product. If the clupms gets stuck to the inside of the drum, please try the following. 1. It is recommended to extend the cleaning time after the cat leaves, and choose to set the cleaning time to more than 15 minutes (the longest cleaning time that can be set on the APP is 60 minutes) to facilitate the cat litter to clump. 2. Use cat litter with good clumping effect. We will solve the problem by email, please check it. Thanks!
