Dishonest service and misleading 30-day refund policy for any reason. Better business bureau Rating is F. 15 customer complaints not being dealt with. The company advertised a 30-day return policy for any reason with no mention of return shipping fees. After receiving the product unopened, they introduced unexpected charges for return shipping—which were not disclosed on their website or during the sale. This qualifies as deceptive sales practice and material misrepresentation under consumer protection standards. The clause about shipping costs refers only to warranty claims, which this is not, but this clause is introduced under 30-day return for any reason section. Meowant is misrepresenting their own policy, combining warranty language in a refund section, which is deceptive. Below is their original words in their email to me: “To address your request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a free return label for non-quality related returns, as our policy states that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost in such cases.”

I’ve never been ripped off so badly as I was with this thing. It won’t even make a good boat anchor so it’s on its way to the garbage after only 3 months. The photo shows where the cat urinates behind the screen and is unable to scratch it. Hence the buildup. Initially I used Worlds Best cat litter. It didn’t work so I switched to Meowant’s litter recommended for this unit; it didn’t work. Customer service recommended Dr. Elsey’s; it didn’t work. Customer service is polite but don’t expect satisfaction if you have a problem past the 30 day return limit. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company altogether.

The Meowant **30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason** is NOT a money back guarantee for no reason. My cat rejected the Meowant SC2, much to my dismay, so I contacted Meowant customer service and the first response I got was a list of 6 things to do for a cat to transition and asking me to "try again". When I said I had done these things initially and asked for the return, I was told I would have to clean and box the product like new (not a problem, I did this) and would have to pay to ship it back. It was over $90 to ship back a $270 package. Then I was offered a $50 refund if I resold the product myself. **This is NOT a 30 day money back guarantee.** It's advertised as such and its false advertising. And further, making customer go through so many steps to get a refund and offers so Meowant doesn't have to deal with really shows that Meowant isn't a serious company. I will never purchase from Meowant again, and it saddens me because I thought they had good products.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Refused to properly resolve my issue with a faulty unit. Took over a month of back and forth before out of our frustrating I agreed to a partial refund to a non functional unit so I could but s different one.

You only sent half the order. No bags, no deodorizer, NO ADAPTOR. I have a large piece of plastic that does nothing.
