This is not the one pictured when I ordered. The litter box pictured when I ordered had a smaller opening but a larger interior.

Hello, thank you for your review! But what you ordered was SC02 with large opening. We have sent you a screenshot of order information to you by email. Please kindly check it.

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We value the opinion of our customers! Since you purchased cat litter box and litter liners, it would be overweight if we ship them in one package, we had notified you they would be shipped separately when they were shipped out. Please kindly check the email.

Urine leaks through the slots at the top of the unit for some reason. Also, dirty cat litter accumulates underneath the machine, and it has destroyed my hardwood floor. These machines stink quite a bit which I was not expecting. I’m not impressed and would like to return both of my unit units

Hello, we are sorry for the bad experience caused by the product. We will continue to optimize our products to bring better experience to customers! Some cats like to pee on the edge of the litter box, which causes the urine to flow to the outer edge of the litter box and then flow down, which will cause urine under the base. Please contact us by email. We will provied you with methods to troubleshot the problem.

It doesn't always clean the box after use. Not very reliable

I have had my litter box 1 week and it has completely stopped working. Big thumbs down. When it did work large clumps would be left on the sides of the boxes. My cats come out covered head to toe in litter. Super super sad 😔

Box arrived on Thursday. I was sick, wasn't feeling good. Went to open it Sunday to set it up and it's cracked and broken straight out of the box
