Did not like the delay on my order, Company should of done a discount on the items if late delivery

The first one I bought stopped working for whatever reason. SC02 I did buy the bigger one this past week. It’s on its way. This one better work longer than 8 months!

What I got delivered in a fair time. But I only got half my order. If I got the full order or at least tracking for another package would be 5. Still waiting for liners.

My purchase was an SC10.I like the litter box a lot. What is really bad is the app that comes with this model.this app give you almost no info other than than time and length of stay. The air pet app is much better on my other meowant litter box

The product I received is good and works as advertised. The main problem is that they are out of stock of replacement parts and supplies on a brand new product. You’d think a company would plan ahead enough to not immediately be out of stock on such things for a brand new offering.

One of two important items was out of stock. This is an integral part for making the litter box operate.

I like the product. The first one ordered, to see if my cats would use it, took 10 days to arrive. Ordered 3 more. Two arrived in less than a week. The third one shows has not shipped and has already been 8 days. No email response from company as to why all three weren't delivered at the same time. Would appreciate some feedback please!

The liter box keeps getting stuck and won't stay on the gear track. Very disappointing as we are leaving on vacation tomorrow and this was what we chose to make sure our kitties have fresh liter box while we are gone. We have done all the trouble shooting, and it keeps throwing the same drum message.
