Do not buy! It does not do what it claims on their website. It does not contain any odor. It is so bad. I have to change the bag everyday or my apartment smells of cat waste. I emailed directly and was told it was my cats food and their stomach issues. Was told to consult a vet about the smell. my cat eats the same food as when I had a traditional scooping litter box used the same litter and it NEVER smelled. Customer service will not help you, nor transfer you to a manager. I have been trying to get my money back since April 14 and they refuse to issue a return label. Edit to respond to reply. You have not provided any solution that is satisfactory in my email. This item is defective and you as a company refuse to take responsibility and provide customer service to your customers

The deodorizer was so pungent that the cats are traumatized by the Meowant. They avoid the box entirely. Sadly, it has become just an expensive knick knack taking up space. :(

Hi, we're extremely sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with our product. If your cats don't like the smell of the deodorizer, you can remove it. It's okay to use the cat litter box without our deodorizer.

It worked well initially but now will not complete a cleanng cycle, keeps stopping. I had to remove cylider and had roll on floor to clean clumps out as cats were refusing to sue it and pooping on floor. Did not have time to trouble shoot yet but thinking I may need to send it back

I did not receive the 2 boxes of litter waste sacks that I was supposed to receive because I took the white unit when I had ordered the gray unit. Instead of refunding me the difference in the cost of the unit I was to receive the 2 boxes of litter waste bags. I did not get them.

Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We were checking with you if you accept we sending you two packs of litter liners instead of refunding you the difference, but we didn't receive any reply from you. We have contacted you through email. Please kindly check it.
