Ordered a month ago or so ago and receive a message that it was cancelled but payment wasn’t refunded. So then I say to refund me and again a month or so later I get the product after disputing thru my finance company.

The box arrived damaged and it took very long after I placed my order. I did not get the extra liners and odor gel and then got an email saying it has a 3 week delay. Very unsatisfied.

You can only contact customer service via email. There is no phone number. The phone number listed on the company website is fake. They have false information on the website for their hours. The hours does not state what time zone.

When this box rotates backwards there is poop all up the backside of this wide open box constantly. It's disgusting.
