Terrible customer service! Buyers beware of misleading and false advertising with this company. If you have any problem with your litter box, you must pay for the entire cost of shipping it back to them. Even with the 30 day free trial! The SC01 is smaller than I expected (which is advertised for cats to 18 lbs comfortably (mine are 15 lbs) and if your cat does not turn around, they will pee down the front into the drum and on the pad/floor. Also, the area where the waste bin is gets litter all of it. I’m so incredibly sad and disappointed in the terrible customer service and deceptive advertisement.

Horrible customer service. Had a problem with the magnetic latch for the hatch on the unit. It broke. The unit itself was getting stuck and spilling litter all over the place. Back and forth with order numbers even though I gave Customer service the order number. Would never recommend this company or their products. Steer clear.

Hello, we are sorry for the confusion. The charger is normally placed in the wate bin, please open the rear cover to check it.

Cat was afraid to go near it. It was low quality. The return process is not easy and has a lot of conditions on if they will take the return...not at all what was advertised. Buyers beware of this product as there is an excellent chance if you even unpack it they won't take it back per their return instructions after opening it. Dare I say this is almost a scam!!!

I tried to cancel this order within hours of placing it and got no response… no number to call. I don’t want it and now have to pay to ship it back. It is way overpriced after checking others.
