My cat won’t go in the litter box since I set it up. She looks in and walks away.

I ordered a litterbot, extra bags and extra deodorizers on June 18th, and nothing arrived as of July 13th. Everything was shipped out VERY late, and then delayed. I asked for the order to be cancelled and got ignored. I then asked for it to just be shipped and it was shipped a few days later, miraculously. Because of their games, the order was VERY late. When I got back from the holiday weekend, there was no package at my door despite the package being marked as delivered. If it had been shipped ontime I would have be home to accept the package as planned. I contacted FedEx who told me to contact Meowant. I contacted Meowant who told me it was delivered and I should contact FedEx. We're just going in circles, and ultimately, there is no delivery of an almost $300 order! Customer service is slow and not ever going to work towards remedying a situation. If I had to do this again, I WOULD NOT purchase from this vendor! Completely dishonest! Update: The seller is claiming it's not their fault if something doesn't arrive. I don't believe they are based out of US, and this causes extra issues. At the end of the day, the seller is completely dishonest about any customer satisfaction or integrity.

Horrible product, tossing it in the trash, not reliable at all.

Awful customer service. The company seems like a Scam. Won’t allow returns and don’t follow thier own written company policies. I really wanted to like the Meowant automatic litter box, but unfortunately it has not been the product for me and I regret my purchase. The worst part, though, has been the lack of customer service. I reached out multiple times via email and still haven't received a helpful or timely response about how to initiate my return. It’s been less than 30 days since purchase when I sent my initial email. They respond in the middle of the night and just seem to challenge me and avoid initiating the actual return I requested. There's no phone number to call, and trying to get support feels like shouting into the void. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and accountability. Everyone if you are debating about the extra couple hundred dollars for the litter robot. Do it. Because I wish I did. I wouldn’t recommend this litter box or brand. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and values their customers.

Poor customer service. Have been trying to request a return within the 30 day window and have been getting the run around for a week. Customer service continues to email me back and forth with no actual solution or information on how to initiate my return. I am unhappy with the function of the product ordered less and 30 days ago and communicating with customer service has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this product to anyone, specifically due to the poor customer service and lack of assistance.

The smell is awful. The cat likes it but it has tried to clean twice with her in it. Since we started using it i can smell the litter box throughout the house. I wish I could return it

I have had other brands of automatic liter boxes (including LR) and have never had the issues I’ve dealt with this one, owned less than a year so far. Within the first week the litter box leaked urine through the bottom seam and onto the floor(continuous problem). Now it gets caught upside down multiple times a day rendering it useless and causing my cats to go on the floor instead. Initially I was optimistic but here’s some things I’ve noticed, 1) doesn’t state how much litter to use so had to use best judgement 2) moves to quickly for clumping litter to do its job (I use high quality clump litter) often causing it to get filthy within a day of cleaning 3) when needing reset only way to reset is to unplug wait and replug it in 4) machine gets stuck whether empty and clean or full of used litter 5) only way to clean it involves a removable piece that doesn’t get everything out 6) grate it to large and often falls forward so dirty litter can get through and stuck behind it
