I like the design and function better than my cat. She is an old cat and does not like going onto the litter area. She has no trouble getting in, she just dosen't do well. She kicks litter and poop out on the floor. I think that training a kitten would be easier.

The litter box works as advertised and has really cut down on cleaning and the smell. I did have to have the company replace the base section due to a bad sensor. They did it quickly and without any questions. Since the replacement base there have been no issues. Very happy with the product.

Only thing I wish is that it had an alert for when the bin is full. Other than that the reliability is great.

Staff responsiveness and supportiveness. Effectiveness of the product both from a hygiene and feline mobility perspective. It is so quiet!

So far, my cats and I love this litter box.
