I reached out about a mechanical issue I was having with my open top litter box. With help and clear directions, I was provided a new replacement at no cost to myself! It arrived quickly and in great condition. My new box has since been set up and myself and cat couldn't be happier.

Love the different options for the boxes. We found one that is perfect for our household's needs (with 4 cats, it's been a bit more complex, lol). Very fast delivery, too: we were excited when we saw we would have it before the weekend came. We use a drop off service at a postal place: was delivered there without issue. Brand new as listed, and was packaged securely inside and out.
