The product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I love that the item came with liners and a deodorizer while we wait for the ones we ordered to arrive. My only issue is I contacted the company via email to ask a question and never heard back. Overall, I would definitely order again.

Quick shipping. Easy set up.

Price is still more than what I wanted to pay but did it anyway. So far so good. Our fat tabby appears to fit in it.

Nice people, but hard to get in touch with. They don't respond to emails. The chat window ask for you contact info and they'll respond but that never happened. I had to start a chat window and wait for a long time. The product came in a reasonable amount of time.

Cannot get it to work. Will not run its initial cycle showing that it works. It stops in the dump position and says the infrared sensor is blocked. It will not complete the cycle. Does not make me feel it will work if it ever can get past this point in the future. About to throw it back in the box and return it. No on-line owners manual for the SC10 either. EDIT: I am changing my review from a 1 star and a frustrated start up of my new SC10 to a 4 star. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 star is there is no on-line owners manual / trouble shooting guide for the SC10 when I bought the unit (7/9/2026). If it was available at the time I was having difficulties and I could have been able to figure out the issue I was having faster, I would rate this a 5 star purchase.

We are glad to note from our recent emails that this issue has now been resolved. To further assist you, we have sent a troubleshooting video to your email. Should this issue ever occur again in the future, this video will serve as a helpful guide for quick troubleshooting. Regarding the online owner's manual, we apologize for the oversight. We are currently working on making it more accessible. In the meantime, please let us know if you need us to send you a digital copy directly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Nice looking machine. Only complaint is it doesn't assemble as easily as inferred by the ads. We'll see how this works over time. Just got it today.

Easy to order. Just received mine today. Not sure of performance yet. I did not realize that the box was supposed to lay on a flat surface. My cats' room is carpeted. So wondering about that...

The bags fit perfectly and are great for cat waste removal. Quick and efficient.
