Fast shipping. Product not great. The area where the waste gets dumped is messy and requires constant cleaning. I will not buy another Meowant

Missing product - I received the litter box but I did not receive the extra litter and the extra liners and the extra deodorizers

The package arrived crushed. The deodorizers are kinda broken and the dispenser for the litter pan bags is all smashed very hard to get the bags out 1 at a time

I really love this cat box. But I have to give a low review due to the silicone has scratch holes in it from my cat and that is not under warranty. But when I go to buy a replacement drum they are all sold out. I have complained about this and all I was told was that the ones they have go towards the warranty replacements. Were does that leave me? With a box that spits litter out the bottom when the drum turns and wasting litter. So if you have a cat with claws beware. They have been unavailable for 2 months and they will not make one available for to buy.

I have a bigger older cat she's 12 pounds and the inside is not that big so she ends up peeing out side of the litter box.. so if you have a bigger older kitty I would get the bigger box needless to say I get to clean this one up and pack it away money wasted
