Edited/updated to say Meowant has not responded to my return request as the tout a 30 day return policy. I should have read more reviews prior to my purchase. I’m still waiting for return info to be sent. You’ve had plenty of time to respond. I was hopeful the Meowant automatic litter box would live up to the hype. Unfortunately, it failed. I already have a Litter Robot and to be honest, liked the low profile design of the Meowant. That’s why I ordered it. Problem #1, litter got stuck every cycle around the seam between the sides and bottom of the pan. There needs to be more pan space and a seamless transition into the sides of the inside. Problem #2, the litter trap does not hold much waste at all!!! I’m used to emptying my Litter Robot bag every 3-4 days with multiple cats using it. Even with the Meowant being an additional litter box, I had to change the bag at least once or twice a day, or waste previously emptied would “fall up” during the cycle and make it harder for the new waste to drop down easily. Problem #3, it does not completely empty the litter pan for cleaning. HUGE problem #4, it cannot be easily taken apart for a “deep cleaning” as I am able to do with my Litter Robot. Meowant, go back to the drawing board and take some pointers from Whisker Litter Robot.

Hello, we are sorry for the confusion. The charger and other accessories are normally placed in the wate bin, please open the rear cover to check it.

My unit has been broken since second month of ownership. I have tried and tried to get customer service to help me .. I have sent video after video and my receipts of purchase and I am not getting anyone to help me. They keep asking for more videos and no one responds at all. I was in the hospital and now the who dialogue is gone.

Updated to add that the company FINALLY provided return instructions on 7/16…but only AFTER I posted this comment. Before that, radio silence after several mesaages (and prior to that everything BUT return instructions. I have been requesting return instructions over and over and not getting that information. Received stalling & runaround answers only from Meowant representatives and it’s beyond unacceptable. You offer a 30-day return, honor it!! Send me the requested return information!! (No phone number to call, just their website & email, both useless.)
