Had issues with the base of our new litter box. Customer service was excellent at helping and replacing the base. Very professional and friendly. Litter box works wonderfully now. Will definitely recommend.

Great price, fast delivery. I love this litter box. It also let me know that my cat was 4 lbs heavier than I thought! Lmao

Good deal. Fast shipping. Easy to set up!

They understood my needs!

Excellent service; they resolved a problem for me with great competence, reliability, and helpfulness.

My package never arrived on the due date because only the lable was made and I contacted services and was answered the next day, which was said that a new order will be made and my package should be here in a couple of days, which was true. The service was quick and helpful.

Im so loving this cat box.

Thank you, thank you thank you! You made our home stress-free, happy cats again! 3 cats one large male, orange main coon. He became too large to fit into any other self cleaning cat box! I had purchased two others claiming they were for large cats/Maine coon, but they were too small. He had always use one since he was a kitten. He continued trying to use/ fit into them regardless that it was too small which led to a lot of disasters outside and down the box. This one isfantastic. It’s enormous! anyone who’s worried don’t be. It’s wonderful. It’s quiet and it’s big plenty of room for my big guy and it sits close to the ground so my older kitty doesn’t have to put stress on her back hips, climbing in and out of the higher box! Fast shipping also! I absolutely love it! 😻 10 stars!
