So far so good! Really easy to set up and connect to the app as well! One of my cats used it right away! Looking forward to no more scooping!!!

The build is solid, but the print on the buttons is too small and the top should be designed to be open for larger cats.

I love this my cat likes it. There was a bit of a learning curve with getting my cat to go in and turn around.

The litter box works really well once you get the box itself locked in. I have slight difficulty every time I have to lock it in and it takes quite a few tries to get it lined up properly, but once it's in, you're good to go. I also have noticed the bags are a bit too large for the waste container, so make sure the bag is pressed into the waste bin as far as it will go. I have only been using about a week so far, but I'm happy with it.

We’ve been using this litter box about a month and so far it’s been great. The only thing it doesn’t do that another does is tell you when the bag is full. We empty it every 3-4 days. I find sometimes the clumped litter sticks to places inside but I just switched to arm and hammer slide litter hoping that helps. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Love the app. It was hundreds less than another brand and I feel it’s a great purchase.

It is difficult to reach you via email and impossible by phone but once I reached out on messenger there was communication. You need to be more accessible

Works great but makes the loudest noise that scares my cat and now she won't use it unfortunately.

Very happy with my purchase
