My cars don't like it. 1 used it fir a couple of days and now refuses to use it. The other 2 want nothing to do with it. I bought 2. 1 is still in box unopened. How much to return it?

I ordered June 23 and I still haven’t received a shipping record or the merchandise. You can at least send out something knowing that it’s been prepared won’t order again.

A request was sent to cancel my order… which was ok that it has shipped and couldn’t be done but then I was asked to reject the shipment (which would not provide me proof of rejection) so I paid to have shipping back to the return address and now your company is telling me that return address is not associated with your company. If my money is not returned after delivery have tracking and insurance on the package I will be having my lawyer contact you for fraud. To respond to their response… if this is correct then where were those instructions when I contacted your team first? That’s not the instructions initially provided. Nice try to save yourself, but when you can’t provide accurate instructions to your paid customer and then You lie to them. This is not good customer service…. I have all of our emails documented and no where does it say please send back to ——— address it says if you accept the package you need to pay for the return shipping which was in fact done. Maybe learn from this and train your team members to be more clear in their communication instructions. Leaving out this information is as good a lying to your customer. Very disappointed. Do not and will not ever recommend this company. Our first one works great and we were happy about it but after working with customer service or the lack there of we will find a different product in our future because I certainly do not trust them to care for my fur kids after this experience. The way they have handled this entire situation is just utterly disgraceful.

I have had my unit less than a month. It is now leaking urine all over the floor underneath the unit and I can’t speak to a live person. I am noticing other reviews with the same issue, please I need help or an answer!

After reading horrid reviews, I cancelled my order many many hours before a shipping label was even created. Despite being promised they would intercept the shipment, they instead shipped it out and acted as though it wasn't their concern. I would not touch their product with a 10 foot pole after they have so clearly shown a total lack of regard for true customer service. Horrid horrid horrid. While they claim below to have already processed the order, I know for a fact that is incorrect due to the emails, etc. They kept giving me excuses and asking me if I wanted to keep the product afterall and I said no repeatedly. THEN they said, "oh too late...oops, it was processed." They purposely refused to take no for an answer till it was "too late". They make a habit of apologizing and pretending to be "oh so sorry" but not once do they offer any type of correction on their part. Instead, they tell me I can ship it back at my expense and then they will consider a refund. I did a chargeback and they can deal with it. I don't like businesses who think it is okay to lie and pretend it is customer service.

The litter box has been set up for 6 days and the cat refuses to use it. I had high hopes, but I think I need to return it.

Horrible product and customer service. The litter debris gets in between the panels and prevents the trash door from latching and staying closed. When I emailed customer service they ever so nicely told me to clean the litter box and use bigger litter. Unacceptable due to the fact I am using Arm & Hammer litter which according to meowant.com..."Brands like“Arm & Hammer” and “Tidy Cats” offer excellent options." Bottom line this automatic box is horrible and I would be better off with a manually box that has to be cleaned incessantly. Product is a ripe off and is not worth $300. Ridiculous!!!

Beware! I purchased the Meowant SC-02 and had it for 2 days. I wanted to return it. They have no customer service phone number. I am on my 4th day of emailing back and forth and they will not provide an address to return it to even though it is clearly within their return policy. They provide suggestions that I have already tried. I clearly have asked for the return address and they do not provide it. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card at this point.
