I ordered a litter box and liners. Initially all I received were the liners. There was no tracking number for the litter box itself so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and assured me that it would ship separately. It arrived a few days later. The litter box seems very safe for my cat but leaves behind clumps of waste. Was expecting the self cleaning function to be a bit better.

The litter robot arrived sooner than I thought it would. It took a little trouble shooting to get set up on wifi and the app, but it appears to work well so far (day 3). The challenge we have is that after the cat leaves, it takes up to a minute for it to respond, but there doesn't seem to be an indicator light to signal that it is waiting for 1 minute. She was interacting with it fir a bit, in the first day, so I guess the safety feature was on and we weren't sure it was working. Other than that, I am hopeful that this was worth the investment

I received my order quickly, it was easy to set up and the kittens used it right away. The only reason I took one star off is because I ordered the 3 pack of litter bags and only received one, otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase.

My meowant was misaddressed but got to me eventually. You need to work on customer service and communication.

It arrived today easy to assemble, the only downside was there’s no easy way to add the litter to the box there’s a small circle opening so you can’t just pour the litter in you have to use a scooper.

Just got the new litter box. Set up was easy and Sparky Sparky Boom Boom Cat has used it and is now staring it down 😂 How dare it move on its own. This is going to make life easier as long as those two get along.

The liter box is very well built and easy to assemble. The wifi was extremely easy to connect to.

Arrived pretty quickly and very easy to set up. My only complaint is when my cat pees near the front the clumps don't always fall back on their own during auto clean cycle. Overall it was worth the purchase and has saved me a lot of time, effort, and will help reduce physical chores for me as a person with chronic pain
