The only issue I have is that the litter area could be a little bit bigger for larger cats. And to where you can have more litter in it than what is required. I have a big boy and he has hip problems and it's hard for him to get in there and not small area where the litter is to go to the bathroom

Assembly is easy, power cord is a good length, love that it uses my regular scoopable litter, the accuracy of the built in scale, and the app makes it so easy to program and use. The only thing I would change is the overall depth/ width of the inside. The advertisement says it will fit up to an 18 lb cat, but my 14 lb cat looks a bit cramped for space.

The order came as scheduled, and the cats are adapting to their new box however, I still did not receive the two boxes of litter bags that I had placed with the initial order. Please respond as to when I can expect the additional orders to arrive.

I wanted to purchase bags for my cat litter box, but they’re sold out. Do you have another option? I love the automatic cat litter box! Absolutely awesome. Works great!

Litter box itself is great. My cat had no problem adjusting to it and it was easy to set up. I am having an issue with the weight even being close to accurate though. I only have one cat using the litter box and it is all over the place with picking her weights. The only other thing I have noticed is also an application problem but adding a second litter box under "all equipment" was not successful. Hoping there will be some application updates in the near future otherwise the litter box has been fantastic!

Product came in great condition, nothing broken or missing. Fairly easy to assemble. I love how quiet it is too! I've noticed reduced odor from litter and the little gel packs smell really nice. The mobile app is a really neat and handy way to keep track of your kitties with profiles available.

We decided to order because of the great price, to be honest, and we're very happy with our decision. It arrived quickly and on time and was super easy to put together and get started. We have a LitterRobot 4 but it's hard for our senior kitty to get in and out so we hoped this one would work for her since it's lower to the ground. She got right in and... Peed right out of the opening onto the floor. We were really bummed but our other cats use it with no problem so we still consider it a win since I only have 1 litterbox to scoop now. If this were a little deeper I think it would fit larger cats better... Maybe something to consider for future models.

Isn’t working at all! Motor stalled or something! Very disappointing Edit: there was a foam piece underneath the rotating middle that I did not know that I was supposed to take out that was not letting it work. Once removed, it has been working perfectly. Highly recommend if you can set it up correctly.
