Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. When a PayPal payment shows as "pending", it means the transaction was not completed, and no funds have been received on our end. In such cases, the payment is usually held temporarily by PayPal or your bank, and it will either clear or be automatically released back to your available balance after a short period. We recommend contacting PayPal or your card issuer directly to confirm the status and request a release of the pending hold if needed. We also sincerely apologize for the delay in our chat support response. We normally reply within 24 hours in weekdays. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to assist you if you have any further concerns or need help placing a new order.

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the part you received. It looks like there was a misunderstanding regarding the silicone mat. Please note that the silicone mats are only available for the LR01 and LB01 models as separate parts. For other models, if the silicone mat is damaged, the entire drum needs to be replaced. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we apologize for any confusion caused. If you need assistance with finding the correct part for your model, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we’d be happy to guide you through the process. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any further questions!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. When you requested to cancel the order, the package had already been shipped, but we immediately contacted the logistics provider to stop the shipment. While we did take action to intercept the package, we're currently verifying with the logistics provider whether the interception was successful. We truly appreciate your patience as we work through this with them. Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving this matter and will update you as soon as we have confirmation regarding the return and the refund process. Again, we apologize for any frustration this has caused, and thank you for your understanding.
