So I originally bought the SC02 on Amazon, but honestly the customer support was so good I had to come to the actual app to write out my review. I love the SC02 is has much space for my bigger cats that are 14 pound and is a ragdoll. I have 4 cats so it’s really helpful with a multi family. Although the garbage disposal is a small in my options for 4 cats if you regular take the trash out often it’s no problem. All litter robots get dirty but I find the open lid to be very easy to clean up. But I did have an issue with the robot, it wouldn’t turn on after working so well for 2 weeks. I assume it must have been some technology issue with wire or something. So I contacted their customer support, and they were very helpful and quick with their emails, they organized a replacement of my base machine. I’m very thankful for the help!

Great communication. The product was out of stock and they let me know right way it would take longer. Instead of just letting me wait and not know why it was taking so long. It was easy to put together and so far I like it. It’s very quiet when it cleans.

Great so far! Going to set it up tommorow.
