Proper way to clean inside the cylinder? Feces is stuck to the walls and sides inside

I purchased this on a recommendation from a family member who had purchased one recently. The sale price was definitely a deciding factor. The purchase and delivery experience went smoothly. The only thing I wish was better about the actual litter box is the sifting panel, the holes in it are too big and some feces are left in the box. So far, only one of my two cats is using it. I am hoping the other will transition after his old litter box becomes too dirty and too full to use.

My order came quickly! I love everything about this litter box! I have 5 cats and all but 1 has been using it. It's so easy!!!

I finally got my phone connected to it. Still trying to understand things about it. It does clean each time one of my 2 cats use it correct? We are still trying to make sure they are using it.

For the price, it is a great product. A truly well built product. Using it for the past 3 days. My 3 cats' first experience with robotic litter box. They are a little spooked but still 2 out of 3 are regularly using it. The only reason i have not given 5 stars is because i asked them a question 2 days ago on their web site, still have not received an answer.

We really like the meowant. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if the space was a little larger. I have it set to clean 10 minutes after usage which has prevented wer litter sticking on the waste door. I very much recommend it

Great packaging, easy install, took my cat 3 days to use it, but I'm excited when she did use it. I haven't sent up the app yet, I don't want her scared of the movement of the box.

Beside an issue with the carrier delivering the shipment to the wrong address and some minor issues with pairing, we are awaiting the initial use. Horacio Charles has been “checking it out” and has not made use as yet, but we hope he will use it. He was curious as the movement, but has peeked inside.
