So far so good. Cats seem to like it. only bad thing i would say was the delivery time and tracking was scary and i waited a few weeks before getting the package. easy to assemble the app only tracks the weight but is a little confusing for me right now

The product works amazingly! My cats are still kind of nervous about it but it's only been a day so far. I love that there can be a set schedule for it and the collection bag is awesome! The sensors do a great job at detecting movement. I love how you can track weight and time spent thru the app. And the little air freshener pod for the collection area is crafty! I would give 5 stars if it was easier to load cat litter into. I'm gonna make myself a spout/funnel to make things a little more convenient. Might not be a bad idea to offer something like that for people who want the convenience or need mobility aids. Thanks for making an affordable product.

This is day 2 and my cats took to it right away with no delay. My only complaint is one I heard while I was reading reviews was that the grate should have larger holes so the small pieces go through. They smell too. It's works great though, happy we made the purchase. I would like to be able to give another review after a couple weeks that might be more useful.

At first I was worried with the seperate shipping of liners and box but customer service did reach out and gave me the tracking number for the box. It's kind of confusing at first! We got the box yesterday and my kitties immediately used it. One of my cats is VERY curious and wanted to know what was happening during the clean cycle. I'm glad to know the box immediately stops when the cats are anywhere near it or on top of it during cleaning cycle because I had heard from people this type of box was dangerous but this one is not from what i can tell already! They love it! The only thing I'm having an issue with is getting it hooked up to my wifi/Bluetooth.

Received my order VERY fast, thank you! So far so good! Definitely controlling odor much better than my standard cheap litter box. I have 2 large male cats, and they have taken to it right away. My more skittish cat was actually the first one to enter it, but I think he thought is was some sort of safety cave at first. 4-stars because I have only had it a short time, so I don't know if I will run into any issues down the line.
