We love the fact that we don't have to sift the litter anymore. I'm 74 and my husband is 72. It's too hard for us to do. Thank you for making this product . The only thing that would make it easier.. Enlarge it just a little bit, so my cats can completely fit in it.

I love the product but waste does get stuck on the back on its way to the garbage.

The size of the litter box is great. I have Maine Coons which is a bonus. I gave it 4 stars because fecal material gets stuck on the emptying grate. It for the most part works well.

I really like the size and the quiet cycling - not real happy with the litter sticking to the exit flap going into the disposal reservoir - also it is sticking to the plastic around the rubber mat area. Plus and minus - but so far - I do like the machine

Items needing refill arrived in a reasonable amount of time

The box is great but the only downfall is we can only have it on one device. Makes it inconvenient and feel like that could be improved on

It needs a smaller sifter piece instead of the large one or include different sizes
