I ordered the 2 box bundle but only one box was delivered. I have emailed the company and I'm waiting for a response and resolution. Update: the 2nd unit was delivered the next day. The box was badly damaged but the unit inside was extremely well protected and was undamaged. The problem was with the delivery company, not with Meowant and I have revised my rating accordingly.

Self-cleaning box is very useful. Glad I got it. Sometimes cats urinate quite a bit or next to tray edge, so it doesn't harden very quickly and smears as it cleans. Might have to set clean time back to 10 minutes so clumping litter can harden more. Depends on litter clumping type..

I love how open the front is, only suggestion is to make the screen for waste to be finer. Smaller pieces are not captured and have to scoop out separately

The product is living up to all its advertisement!!

Works great for My 3 cats. Easy setup. Shipping took longer than expected. I want to order another once my questions are answered.

So far it's working great it was easy to setup for use my only complaint was their customer service I ordered it on a Monday and messaged them on Friday morning cause they hadn't shipped it yet because they were out stock of the color I chose. I'm like you could have me know i don't care the color or at least tell your customers about the delay

Shipping took a bit longer as they are selling fast. But it came and it’s working great so far.

Cat like it. It’s also quiet. Sadly one of my cats gets his pee all over his paws before getting out. But overall - it’s a good product and my other cat loves it.
