Great products and service

ORDERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND ARE EXACTLY WHAT WAS ORDERED. IF YOU HAVE CATS, THIS I A GREAT COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!

I was really nervous trying the self cleaning litter box. It has been a game changer for sure. The whole process was great from start to finish. Ordering was simple and I received my package within a few days. Everything about this product is spot on. Definitely glad I took the chance on getting it.

I have two litter box models. I highly recommend the sc02 model. It’s my favorite litter box I own. It’s so easy to clean and my cats love it. I had minor issue with my sc01 model. Melody from customer service took the best care of me. Not only are the boxes great but their customer experience is also amazing! Thank you Melody and meowant.

I recently bought products that were received damaged. After hearing from the company and receiving replacements, I can leave a good review. The boxes work great! I was skeptical to order with previously being a litter robot customer but for half the price, the products works just the same!

This is my second one. The first got ruined by a basement flooding. I have a senior overweight cat and I added some steps to it and she loves it. Very very roomy for the larger kitties. I have two cats and it works wonders!

I bought the smaller one and loved be it. As my cat got bigger he stopped using it so I got an open automatic Robotail. My cat loved BB it but I hated it. Too messy didn’t clean adequately and connection kept getting lost. So I bought this large one
