I love the functionality of the product , the only thing is not capturing all of the spectiment into the disposal portion. Other than that I love it . Very compact .

I ordered the litter box and was looking forward to trying it out. After about a week it still hadn’t shipped so I contacted the company and was told the color I ordered was out of stock and if I wanted I could change the color and they would ship it right away. I opted to go ahead and get the other color. I feel like the company should have reached out to me if the product was not available. That is my only complaint. After they shipped the litter box it came in just a few days. I set it up by following the simple directions and my cat started using it after a couple of days.

I think we will love this but it didn't come with the remote.

Had issues with connecting but finally it worked. I really need more time to have the cats use it. They haven’t even had it a full day!

Never received the litter I ordered so the box is still sitting in my living room in plastic.

I was nervous to order when Id never heard of the company and I wondered if the deal was too good. That feeling grew when I received an email that the product was out of stock and could be almost 2 months to restock, but a different color was available. I went with the other color and tried to be positive... next day the tracking email came thru and within a couple of days I had the litter box! Still waiting to see how the cats adjust to the new one but I hope to end up needing to buy a second one to fully replace the other boxes soon!
