Works well it does tend to get a bit dirty with uncovered poops but nothing a witch wrote went clean. Even my pickiest cat has taken to it.

I ordered black but was not available. Unit is ok. My cat is very small so it really doesn’t pick up all her soil. Otherwise I would have giving 5 stars

I wish y'all had adequate supply for the sales you're running. Its a little frustrating to see ad after ad for the Meowant while my order had to be delayed due to inventory shortage 😅 Customer service was great though, and I appreciated them reaching out to me to resolve the issue right away. The default settings have the machine clean itself after 1 minute, even though it says right in the app that 10 minutes is recommended. It took a bit for all 3 of my cats to accept it, but now they've entirely quit using the other boxes.

As of now works good the holes in the litter screen needs to be a little smaller holes. For better cleaning

Works as it should with very minimal set up . However- since the waste sits in a bin behind the unit- without being truly disposed of- the odor remains. Standard litter boxes you scoop and remove and throw in trash- this unit empties into bin and it sit there until it's full enough for you to remove- so it's like having waste sitting around smelling. The unit works fine by dumping the waste for you as intended after every use- but The smell doesn't stop bc the waste is still there- just relocated. I'd almost rather scoop every day and eliminate the smell then have that smell linger by all the waste sitting in a bin accumulating waiting to be removed. Until they can figure out how to actually seal off each waste that is dumped into a bin to capture and contain the smells- this doesn't really solve the issue of smell. I'd seriously rather scoop every day than have the lingering scent of cat waste .... I am using fresh step extreme clumping litter- it works well as long as you scoop and remove by end of day.... having it sit in back of this units bin is harboring the smell and the litter can only do so much to contain the smells. Removal is key. The bin is also small- fills up fast so you are changing it every 2/3 days of not sooner. The functionality is fine- the concept is fine- we need a scientist to develop a litter that Is magic and can totally erase the scent of cat waste. PS-. Make the bottom to be able to hold more litter. Needs to be deeper in my opinion.

I personally love it but still have one of 2 cats afraid of it. Need to figure out how to make her trust the process.

Love that it's self cleaning but I'm struggling with it. If no WIFI I've learned it will clean 1 minute after not enough time for litter to clump. Using Fresh Step so I'm changing to Tidy Cat robot litter see if that helps. When on Hotspot have it set for 20 minutes go check app it says standby hour later and not cleaned. So need to figure out what I'm doing wrong maybe Hotspot isn't compatible with it. It is nice to just push a button if i have to do that instead of scooping it myself.
